Description

From the photographer: “This was my first visit to Lake Tahoe, and while the lake was incredibly beautiful, particularly in this well-known landmark known as Bonsai Rock, it was a little sad to see how much light pollution the various towns around the lake created. The light pollution from South Lake Tahoe in particular wreaked havoc on my ability to see (and photograph) the Milky Way’s galactic core.

Technical details: 14mm, 20 seconds, aperture unrecorded, ISO 6400, Canon 6D, Panorama made up of 6 single exposures.”
