Annapurna Sky

From the photographer: “This was a 21-shot mosaic from Pokhara in Nepal with the magnificent view to 7000-8000 meters Himalayan peaks of Annapurna Massif. On the right light from Pokhara is visible. Due to the perfect seeing and dark sky, and use of an astro-modified camera, several nebulae appear along the Milky Way including California, Flaming Stars ,Soul & Heart, and Orion. Airglow from Earth upper atmosphere is responsible for the red glow on the left.”
