Description

An all-sky view (fulldome) of Tibetan sky at the break of dawn with the summer Milky Way from Sagittarius to Perseus, and the cone-shape Zodiacal Light, all above Yamdrok Lake. Reaching 4441m above sea level, Yamdroke is one of the three largest sacred lakes in Tibet. When there is no winds at night, it become a starry mirror. Both the Milky way and the airglow are beautifully reflected on the lake’s calm waters.
