Description

A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “Even though the winter constellations are still in the evening sky at the beginning of April, spring has long since taken over in the northern hemisphere of the earth. Soon the constellations Leo, Virgo and Bootes will be high in the south and will take over the celestial stage. Their main stars Regulus, Arcturus and Spica form the well-known spring triangle and herald the warm season. The cherry trees in this picture are located near the municipality of Krettnach, Trier-Saarburg district, in the ‘Konzer Tälchen’, a former river valley on the Moselle. As if the cherry tree had been waiting for the spring constellations to appear, it is now blooming in all its glory under the Spring Triangle.”

Technical details:
Canon Eos 6D and 14mm Walimex 2,8. 25 seconds, ISO 3200, aperture 4, one shot of the starry sky and 3 shots of the foreground. The cherry tree was illuminated with a lamp
