One-percent Moon from Capuchos

From the photographer: “At left in the image we see the faint crescent moon just one day after the new moon, and only 1% illuminated. It was difficult to find it visually in the bright twilight sky. In the landscape below the moon we can enjoy the scenery obtained from an upper region called Capuchos, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The lights of Costa da Caparica are seen here. At right near the horizon we can see the city of Lisbon.”
