Markus A. R. Langlotz

Born in 1966, he finished his studies in Electronics with an engineering degree in 1991. Since then he is working in the automotive industry, mainly as a specialist for color science and optical metrology. Based on that knowledge, he could mathematically deduce the correct color representation of narrowband emitters in astrophotography. Besides that, he is a passionate Landscape-, Nature-, Astro- and Nightscape-Photographer. Doing astrophotography mainly from His own observatory dome, he is also associate member of Ratisbon Observatory. His publications and images can be found in print media like Interstellarum or Astronomie das Magazin.
