Zodiacal Light on the Himalayas

Starry sky and the zodiacal light above a Buddhist stupa in the Himalayas on the main trek to Everest base camp. The cone-shaped zodiacal light is the sunlight reflection from asteroid dust in the Solar System plane, visible under dark skies after dusk or before dawn.
