Twilight of the Volcanic Crater

The deep blue morning twilight rise above Halemaumau crater (bottom right), a one-kilometer diameter volcanic crater which is among the actively erupting spots in World Heritage Site of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The bright stars in the left half of the image belong to Orion and Canis Major.
