Sword of Siavash

“Siavash” is one of the icons of Iranian culture which was created by “Ferdowsi”, the famous Iranian poet, back in the 10th century. This character was accidentally killed by his father, Rostam, which makes it , to my opinion, one of the most dramatic epic stories of Iranian classic literature. The statue in the middle of this picture is “Siavash”, located in Tehran, Iran. On the night of Jan 13, 2021 I went for a walk with my camera in hand when I noticed “Sirius” in the hand of “Siavash” shining like a diamond, so I decided to capture a star trail timelapse of this scenery to put a majestic sword in his empty hand, going for his last battle.
