Starry night of Gokyo, a Sherpa village located at lake Dudh Pikhari in Sagarmatha National Park of Nepal. From the photographer: “It’s an amazing view of the great Himalayan peak Cholatse and Tabuche. Here You can also see the sea of clouds was spreading along the Nagozumba glacier. Bright stars of constellation Orion are on the top left. The red cast above the Himalayas is the airglow. Both the starlight and the airglow are beautifully reflected in the calm lake.”
