Rotating Sky above Teide Observatory

This all-sky image made by a fish-eye lens shows the rotating sky above Teide Observatory of Tenerife, Canary Islands. The observatory is located at 2400 m above see level on the slopes of Teide volcano. The lights of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the main city of the island caused the light pollution at the northern horizon.
