Rendezvous With Venus

From the photographer: “This view is from Salazie, one of three cirques of Réunion Island. The cloud sea partially covers the landscape. Only the urban lighting of the village of Hell-Bourg happens to pierce the cloud cover. The top of the image, dominated by Venus, is occupied by the summits of La Réunion (Grand Morne, Cimendef et Roche Ecrite).”
