Old Moon Over Malarrif Lighthouse

From the photographer: “An Old Moon Crescent over Malarrif Lighthouse on the west coast of Iceland Snæfellsnes Peninsula. The previous morning we had amazing earthshine but at danw on this occasion, the moon rose a little later and the earthshine was not as strong, Venus had also disappeared behind a cloud bank, we were however able to retreat far enough back to use a 200/300mm lenses and obtain the moon directly atop the lighthouse.  An incredible dawn twilight.”
