Timelapse video: The Milky Way and Magellanic Clouds (our neighboring satellite galaxies) rotates around the south celestial pole in a dark starry night of this rocky coastline near Flinders, Victoria, southeastern Australia. The location is known as the Elephant Rock. Later in the video Scorpius is rising together with a bright object along the central bulge of the galaxy which is planet Venus in this early morning hour.
