Night Sky Above Devasthal Peak

Atop the 2540 meters high Devasthal Peak in Uttarakhand, northern India, the largest telescope in the country (3.6m aperture) will open eyes in close future. The site has been nicknamed as DOT, or Devasthal Optical Telescope. This photo sequence has captured the startrails over the DOT construction.
