Night at the Cradle of Humankind

The southern Milky Way, the Large Magellanic Cloud, and the Carina Nebula (red cloud at the horizon) in a dark night of Sibiloi National park, a remote area in northern Kenya. Known as the Cradle of Humankind, Sibiloi is a World Heritage Site due to its unique fossil and archaeological significance including the earliest found homo human head skeletons from over 2 million years ago.
