Mumbai at Night

Stars of the Ursa Major (the Great Bear) are photographed over an iconic monument in Mumbai, India. From the photographer: “The inscription on this Gothic style building in Bombay means The First City in India and the huge winged figurine represents the city of Bombay. The beautiful building known as Brihanmumbai Mahanagar Palika is designed by F.W. Stevens, and was completed in 1893. It is known for its tall tower (78 meters). Must say it was difficult photographing among the traffic, pedestrians and the lights in the bustling downtown Bombay.”
