Milky Way Panorama

The rising Summer Milky Way above a dark sky site in Tasliyayla Plateau, south of Bolu, Turkey. The hill in the middle of the picture is named Kiraz Dagi or Cherry Mountain. As noted by the photographer “I used the modified Canon 5D camera and a 12 mm lens for this stitched panoramic image. When the lens goes this wide, it’s very difficult to fit them. I had to specify about 1200 control points in the stitching software”.
