From the photographer: “Mafate 1am. After 45 minutes of walk in the forest, the Morne de Fourche silhouette stands in front of me. The Milky Way glows as ever and on each side of the peak I hear the rivers in spate breaking the silence. Alone in the dark, senses on alert, I enjoy every moment of it.”
