Milky Way and Meteor over Huangshan

The arc of the Milky Way and a bright streaking meteor are captured in this panorama view from Mount Huangshan, Anhui province of China. Known as the “loveliest mountain of China”, Huangshan is a frequent subject of traditional Chinese paintings and literature, as well as modern photography. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of China’s major tourist destinations.
