Meteor, Comet, and Stargazers

During the Geminid Meteor Shower Comet Lovejoy C/2013 R1 is captured in a lucky telephoto frame together with a Geminid meteor. The Geminid is one of the best annual meteor showers for stargazers around the world that peaks just before mid-December. Click on the second photo to see another bright Geminid meteor of this night.
