Mediterranean Eclipse Morning

The orange-red eclipsed Moon among the stars of Leo during a total lunar eclipse, photographed in pre-dawn sky of Mediterranean seaside at Kas, Turkey. The rewarding panorama begins with Jupiter and the rising summer Milky Way in Sagittarius and Scorpius at left side and then passes Lupus and Centaurus, Corvus, Crater and Leo with the eclipsed Moon and Saturn close to it’s opposition time. In the center of foreground is Kastellorizo, a Greek island just a few kilometers off the mainland of Turkey.
