Description

From the photographer: “In a world where 1/3 of the population can no longer see the Milky Way, Madagascar is a rare place with skies untouched by light pollution. Here the band of the MW stretches over the 800 year old Baobab Trees of the famed Allée des Baobabs.”

Technical details: Nine frames stitched together in PTGUI. Each frame shot at ISO 8,000, f/2.8, 20 sec at 24mm on a Nikon D810A.
