King Oak

Stars circle around the north celestial pole above an old oak in Lindholmen, Sweden. Lindholmen is where Gustav Vasa was borned. He became the king of Sweden from 1523 until his death and is considered as the most famous king of Sweden. As noted by the photographer “Gustav Vasa planted this oak, a really fantastic tree, about 500 years ago and you can see some of the ruin from the house where he lived to the left.”
