Good Morning Damavand

The first lights of morning shine on Mount Damavand in this long exposure startrail image from the Alborz Mountains. The yellow glow below left of the blue early morning twilight is the lights from Tehran metropolitan, some 70km away. The giant volcanic Mount Damavand is one of the most spectacular live volcanoes on the Earth at top altitude of 5610 meters. Damavand has been a legendary mountain in Persian culture.
