Description

From the photographer: “We had weeks under clouds in late November and early December in 2014. I was excited when the clouds were disappeared on the 11th. My plan was taking a photo of the incoming Geminid meteor shower. Arriving on the scene I realized that clouds were coming from the west so I had less then an hour to take photos. For the last try I wanted to photograph the small bridge with my silhouette. As the camera was exposing suddenly this bright, greenish meteor stroke through the clouds. It was stunning, and I think I was incredibly lucky with this shot.”
