Description

From the photographer: “I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw comet Tsuchinshan–ATLAS, about an hour after sunset on October 13th. It was easily visible with unaided eyes and at least 5 degrees of the tail was also clearly visible during astronomical twilight. Here is a view of the comet above Danube river in Passau, Germany. Captured through a 50-mm lens.”
