Comet ATLAS G3 from Southern Hemisphere

From the photographer: “Comet C/2024 G3 (ATLAS) is already visible to the naked eye from the Southern Hemisphere. It is expected that it will offer spectacular astrophotographs over the next few days as it moves away from the solar glare and the thick atmosphere near the horizon. The photo shows the comet above the Río de la Plata and San Gabriel Island, as seen from Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay.”
