From the photographer: “Despite extensive light pollution problems in most areas of Florida it is still possible to see the wonders of the Milky Way. Here, on a recent family holiday, my tolerant and long suffering wife points to the center of our galaxy as it rises out to sea over the Gulf of Mexico, from a secluded beach on Anna Maria Island.”
