The evening twilight fades into a starry night over Mount Damavand, a spectacular volcanoes that reaches 5670 meters high, the highest peak in Iran. Located in the Alborz mountain range, the volcano has been a legendary mountain in Persian culture. On the far left is the Haraz road connecting Tehran to the Caspian Sea.
