Moon Eclipse in Istanbul

From the photographer: “The lunar eclipse of June 2011 – where the moon passes through the shadow of Earth – shows the moon in a unusual color in the sky above this Istanbul cityscape. The trail seen just beneath the moon in this image is the 6-second long trace of an airplane. The building on the right is a 210 meter high residence, namely Anthill, is one of the day by day increasing skyscrapers in Istanbul.”
