Hi, all TWAN images try to give a realistic view of night sky. Multi exposures like this are made either by film cameras and several exposures on one frame, or by stacking a sequence of images made by a digital camera. So we don’t consider them photoshoped as they are made of real images all made one after the other at the location, all with the same setting, lens and same camera, you just put the layers together either to make a time-lapse video of it (see http://www.twanight.org/newTWAN/photos.asp?ID=3002011) or a digital multi-exposure image like this.
