Magellanic clouds from the Equator

The Magellanic Clouds captured exactly from the Equator. On the left shines Canopus (α Car), the second brightest star in the sky after Sirius. To the right appears Achernar (α Eri), the eighth brightest in our night sky, located in the extreme south of the long constellation Eridanus.
