Rose Moon

Captured from the town of Balatonfüred at the shore of Lake Balaton, Hungary, the full moon in June is rising over the symbolic sculptures of the Ferryman and the Fisherman in this photo sequence. From the photographer: “According to the Old Farmer’s Almanac it is also called the Rose Moon. The color of the Moon was pretty orange and there was a nice field of Roses in the foreground.”
