Lunar Halo and the Planetary Parade

From the photographer: “Last night might have possibly been a once in a lifetime photograph. As astronomical darkness fell, the presence of a lunar halo emerged.

Saturn had set by the time of taking this photograph. Neptune obscured by low cloud and the approximate position marked. Uranus being somewhat close to the Moon. It certainly made for a celestial image.”
