Description

A photo composite of two exposures. From the photographer: The conjunction between Venus and Jupiter captured in the evening of March 4th 2023. The planets were taken above the Croda da Campo, a mountain located in the Popera group, in the Comelico Dolomites. I managed to find the right place where the planet Jupiter set in the fork between the North Peak (right) and the South Peak (left). The photo is the result of two shots (blended), first tracked for the planets, and the second not tracked for the landscape.”

Technical details: Nikon D750 and Sigma 120-400 mm, Focal length 270 mm
Planets: tracked:  exp. 10 seconds, iso 1250, f/7,1

Landscape:  exp. 15 seconds, iso 1250, f/7,1
