Polar Night
Description
A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “This photo was taken the night between the 22nd and 23rd of February 2022, close to the small village of Rotsung in northern Norway. The mountains in the frame are the Lyngen Alps. The idea was to get something a bit different, as I have not seen many photos combining a star trail with some nice aurora display. Not sure it is recognizable, but in the very center of the frame there is the Pleiades trail.”
Technical details: A result of 720 exposures (16 mm, 8 s, iso 1600, f2).
