Milky Way Over the Canarian Landscape

A photo composite of multiple exposures. From the photographer: “The Canary Islands offer truly interesting and contrasting views. Most of that views are very well-known and photogenic. During my visit to La Palma in July 2021, I found this beautiful hidden place near the top of the island. Volcanic caldera, precisely-shaped stones, and colorful flowers growing from the red stony soil. In contrast with the dark night sky filled with the atmospheric phenomena – airglow – and rising Milky Way, this landscape was like a feast for the eyes. It just deserved to take a picture.”
