Alignment of Moon, Venus and Aldebaran

From the photographer: “In the lower part of the picture, a waning crescent moon appears next to Venus and Aldebaran. In the top of the picture, there is the beautiful open stars cluster Pleiades, also known as the Seven Sisters or Messier 45. This image was taken in the Sicilian countryside, that in summer is very attarctive with its sounds and colors. I hope that in this picture you can listen to the sound of the cicadas and of the crickets singing under this outstanding sky.”
