From the photographer: “The second of July 2019 a total solar eclipse happened in some parts of Chile and Argentina. People of Chile were readier than anytime else to see this phenomenon. They went to mountains and seasides with their family members to see the solar eclipse. In Laserna, where the above photo was taken, thousands of people from youngest to oldest went to see the most exciting astronomical event of the year. During the eclipse, all were passionate. Some people were shouting, some were crying and some others were laughing. Each person was experiencing a unique emotion. An emotion that every body should experience.”
